Pistachio Dark Chocolate Sea Salt

One of our favorite combinations to date! A bit sweet, a bit salty, a bit nutty. This starts with our brown butter base to bring out the nuttiness in the pistachios. We then mix in a generous amount of chopped pistachios and chopped dark chocolate chunks into the dough. We then stuff it with a pistachio paste and top it with flakey sea salt!
