Who doesn’t love churros? Delicious crunchy, cinnamony goodness that is usually dipped in a sauce! We wanted to create that but in a cookie! The churro cookie starts with our signature browned butter base that we then mix with cinnamon. It gets stuffed with made in house dulce de leche and sprinkled with more cinnamon+sugar before getting baked!
